UP Sahbhagita Yojana 2021
The UP Sahbhagita Yojana 2021, also known as the Chief Minister Destitute Cow Participation Scheme, was launched by the state government of Uttar Pradesh. As per the scheme, every citizen who adopts one stray cattle will receive INR. 900 per month under the scheme. This is because existing cow shelters are already overcrowded with cows. Yogi Adityanath has decided to put up 1 lakh of these cows for adoption by the general public. In place for the adoption of a cow, the state government would deposit Rs. 900 per month to the bank account of those individuals who agree to do so.
Under the UP CM Destitute Cow Participation Scheme, each of these adopted animals would be ear-tagged for identification purposes. Earlier, the farmers of UP state done protested that over stray cattle destroying their fields. There have been numerous incidents of farmers imprisoning stray cattle in government schools and offices, prompting the Uttar Pradesh government to establish new cow sanctuaries in every district. The government of Uttar Pradesh is also contributing Rs. 30 per day to the care of each cattle in cow shelters.

| यूपी सहभागिता योजना 2021, जिसे मुख्यमंत्री निराश्रित गाय भागीदारी योजना के रूप में भी जाना जाता है, उत्तर प्रदेश की राज्य सरकार द्वारा शुरू की गई थी। योजना के अनुसार, प्रत्येक नागरिक जो एक आवारा पशु को गोद लेता है, उसे योजना के तहत प्रति माह 900 रुपये मिलेंगे। ऐसा इसलिए है क्योंकि मौजूदा गौशालाओं में पहले से ही गायों की भीड़ है। योगी आदित्यनाथ ने इनमें से 1 लाख गायों को आम जनता द्वारा गोद लेने का फैसला किया है। गाय को गोद लेने के स्थान पर राज्य सरकार रुपये जमा करेगी। 900 प्रति माह उन व्यक्तियों के बैंक खाते में जो ऐसा करने के लिए सहमत हैं। यूपी सीएम निराश्रित गाय भागीदारी योजना के तहत, गोद लिए गए इन जानवरों में से प्रत्येक को पहचान के उद्देश्य से कान लगाया जाएगा। इससे पहले, यूपी राज्य के किसानों ने विरोध किया कि आवारा मवेशियों ने अपने खेतों को नष्ट कर दिया। किसानों द्वारा सरकारी स्कूलों और कार्यालयों में आवारा पशुओं को कैद करने की कई घटनाएं हुई हैं, जिससे उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार को हर जिले में नए गाय अभयारण्य स्थापित करने के लिए प्रेरित किया गया है। गौशालाओं में प्रत्येक मवेशी की देखभाल के लिए उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार प्रति दिन 30 रुपये का योगदान दे रही है। |

UP Sahbhagita Yojana 2021-Scheme Details
For now, 66,257 cows have been adopted by the people under the scheme; out of the said number, 1071 cows had been adopted by 1069 families with malnourished children. While giving a speech at function held in Mirzapur, the honourable Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath specified that the yojana was a part of the procedure of “brightening the future of the society as well as the nation.”
This program is a component of the procedure of ensuring the future of the society and the nation.” To this end, we have created an arrangement wherein all stray cows will be took to the cow shelters, and if any farmer is willing to keep the cow, then the government will paid Rs 900 per month as a maintenance fees. The system will be assessed on a monthly basis, as well,” he added.
As per the reports currently, cow shelters are crowded with more than 10 to 12 lakh cattle, and many of the cows are dying daily due to negligence. As a result, the government of Uttar Pradesh has approved a new Chief Minister Destitute Cow Participation Scheme. Under this scheme \, any willing farmers, dairy producers, or ordinary individuals can adopt a cow from one of the current shelters and take the animal home with them.

Eligibility Criteria For UP Sahbhagita Yojana 2021
In order to be eligible for the scheme’s, the individual who adopt the animal should not sell, give away, or leave the animal in any way. The state government of Uttar Pradesh will establish committees in each district to oversee the process, and every animal that is turned over will be ear-tagged. Identification and subsequent monitoring will be accomplished through ear tagging.
- The individuals must be a concerning development block.
- Those farmers who want to adopt must have experience in rearing and adequate space to keep those animals.
- The person will only allow keeping 04 cows, if in case a cow goes with by a calf, both will be counted as one.
- The person who intends to adopt must have a bank account in the bank.
- Individuals who are associated with dairy products will provide a preference under UP Sahbhagita Yojana 2021.
- Priority will be given to those who have had paravet training or who have an animal friend.
- Those who want to benefit under this scheme should fill the application form and submit the same as per the rules and regulations.
- The application form for the scheme will be available at the Block Development Officer / Veterinary Officer of the block. Interested one can get the same from there.
