The financial help up to rupees one lakh fifty thousand will be provided to the beneficiaries as per the rules and regulations of the scheme. - The land on which beneficiaries want to build a home must be free from all disputes and mortgages and should be in the name of the beneficiary or other family member.
- The beneficiary must not take advantage of any other housing scheme.
- The certificate of estimated cost of the house must be shown to the officials, and the funding from the loan or any sources must be shown by the officials.
- If the person already has a house in the beneficiary spouse/daughter’s name, they will not be eligible for the scheme.
- The house will be in the name of both husband and wife.

- The copy of BPL (Below Poverty Line) category certificate/card.
- Copy of caste certificate (SC or ST certificate).
- Disability certificate if any.
- A copy of ration card.
- Income proof and its certificate.
- Papers of ownership of the land in the name of wife/husband.
- The paper received from the Revenue Officer regarding the land is free from all disputes.
- Map of house approved by the official authority.
- Copy of the loan in case of loan sanctioned by the bank and also the NOC letter issued by the financial institution/bank.
- Proof of identity.
- Aadhar card copy.
- The bank statement and the copy of bank account.
